Drink water!
Hello, this is Dr. Zachary Potts and his very first blog entry! Yea!!!
Anyway, thought I'd make this short and sweet. I'd like to promote one thing to help all my patients or anyone else who's reading to improve not only their dental health, but their entire body's health. That is to drink tons of water every day and cutting sodas and other high fructose corn syrup or artificially sweetened drinks. Think of all the money you'll save too!
This one thing will significantly improve your entire body in more ways than you can imagine. Now you don't need to buy and special crazy bottle water or special machine that ionizes it. Some of those are nice, but just drink filtered tap water. Thats what I do. I drink a gallon of it a day and my life has changed significantly!
I'll talk about this in more detail in the future. But for now this is just a test to see if this blog thing actually works :)

P.S. They say the magic amount to drink is half your bodies weight in ounces. So 150 pound person should drink 75 ounces of 100% pure water every day ideally.... You probably wont be able to do it at first, and you'll also have to go to the bathroom a lot more at first, but you're body will adapt and be much happier for it after a week or so.
